Welcome to the Town of Camp Verde Magistrate Court.  We are a Limited Jurisdiction Court in Yavapai County, Arizona.  The Court is a separate branch of Camp Verde town government and is also a part of the State of Arizona court system.

The types of offenses that are heard in the Municipal Court include misdemeanor criminal violations, civil and criminal traffic offenses including Federal Motor Carrier violations, parking violations, juvenile matters, and Town Code violations, both criminal and civil. The Court also handles Orders of Protection and Injunctions Against Harassment.

The Municipal Court does not handle small claims actions.  For small claims cases, you must contact the Verde Valley Justice Court in Cottonwood.

Special Notice

The Camp Verde Municipal court will publish all active warrants in April, May and June of 2012.

If you have a warrant and come in voluntarily you will not go to jail. Check this website starting April 9, 2012

for the Camp Verde Municipal Court list and the days and times you can appear.
