The Community Development Director responsibilities are to plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities of the Community Development Department which includes Planning & Zoning, Building, Code Enforcement, The Board of Adjustment & Appeals, and the Planning & Zoning Commission. The Community Development Director provides technical information to the Town Council and to the Town Manager.
