Citizen Concern Form
Please help us serve our citizens by reporting your concerns with Town roads, parks, grounds, buildings, etc. so that we can address them. Use this form to report an immediate concern, maintenance or safety issue, or complaint. This form is NOT to be used to report public concerns about policy, procedures, ordinances, codes, personnel, or similar issues.
If you are wanting to file a complaint regarding a code enforcement matter (violations of the Planning & Zoning Ordinance or Town Code), you must report it through the Town's Govwell portal here: Code Enforcement Complaint.
