How do I know if I have a water leak?

Leaky pipes and drips waste thousands of gallons of water and increase water bills. Dripping faucets and toilets are easy to spot, but underground leaks are invisible and can damage your home. Use the Finding My Water Meter Guide and Water Leak Guide to locate leaks.

Water emergencies can result from leaky or frozen pipes, appliances, or irrigation issues. Property owners are responsible for repairs and maintenance, possibly needing a plumber. Responsibility starts after the meter. The Water Division maintains all Town-owned water assets and infrastructure.
