Right-of-Way Permit Application

A permit allows the permittee to secure permission to work. It also alerts the town that work is being performed so that it can be inspected to make sure a safe and proper environment exists for both the contractor and the public. The permit also allows the Town to evaluate the work and seek alternatives that might be more acceptable. Depending on the scope of the work, the Town may require the applicant to also submit drawings of the work to be performed.

Culvert Permit Application

A culvert application form is required for installing, replacing, or modifying a culvert that crosses a drainage ditch, wash, or public right‑of‑way. The application helps ensure drainage structures are properly designed and installed to prevent flooding, erosion, and damage to Town roads or nearby properties. By reviewing culvert requests in advance, the Town of Camp Verde can protect public infrastructure and maintain safe, effective drainage throughout the community.
