Building Maintenance

Our maintenance team cares for Town-owned facilities by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. This includes maintaining plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC equipment, lighting, roofing, and other building components to ensure Town facilities remain safe and operational.

Grounds Maintenance

The team maintains the parks, sports fields, playgrounds, and landscaped areas that residents enjoy year-round. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, irrigation maintenance, reseeding, landscaping, and caring for recreational facilities to keep public spaces attractive and accessible.

Custodial Services

Keeping public facilities clean and welcoming is an important part of the team's work. Daily custodial services include cleaning offices and public spaces, sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and managing waste collection.

Community Events and Festivals

Town Maintenance staff play a key role in the success of community events and festivals. They assist with event setup and teardown, including tents, tables, chairs, banners, signs, and traffic control devices. During events, they provide on-site support and help address any unexpected needs to ensure activities run smoothly.

Emergency Response and Community Support

During emergencies and severe weather events, Maintenance personnel assist with response and recovery efforts. Their training and experience help the Town quickly restore public services, clear debris, and address infrastructure needs when they arise.

Supporting Street Operations

The Maintenance Division assists with infrastructure upkeep throughout town. This work includes maintaining sidewalks and curbs, performing weed control, and supporting seasonal operations such as snow removal and ice mitigation on public walkways and parking areas.
