The Town Engineer is responsible for the development of internal engineering plans for capital improvement projects. This position is also responsible for the review and approval of private development plans and specifications. While the engineer does provide some level of construction oversight, this has been more of a function of the CIP Project Manager, who also facilitates the bidding process.
