Shawna joined the Town of Camp Verde in 2016 as a Parks and Recreation Coordinator and now serves as Parks and Recreation Manager. Over the past decade, she has helped guide the growth of the division while building a career centered on service to the community. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and is a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional, Certified Youth Sports Administrator, Aquatics Facility Operator, and Lifeguard Management professional. A Verde Valley resident for more than 27 years, Shawna has spent more than 2 decades supporting and serving local youth through coaching, school athletics, and a variety of community sports programs throughout the Verde Valley. Her passion for youth, recreation, and community service ultimately led her to discover that Parks and Recreation was her true calling. Shawna is committed to providing meaningful opportunities and experiences for the Camp Verde community and inspiring the next generation to explore the rewarding career opportunities available in Parks and Recreation.

Tiffany brings a diverse background in administration, customer service, management, and event coordination, to the Town of Camp Verde's Parks & Recreation Department. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed creating organized, welcoming experiences that help people connect with their community, whether through special events or day-to-day public service. Originally from Colorado and now proud to call Arizona home, Tiffany enjoys building relationships with residents and helping create memorable experiences for people of all ages. She believes that parks and recreation play an important role in bringing communities together and is committed to making Camp Verde a place where people feel connected, active, and engaged.

Sarah has called Camp Verde home since 2014 and built strong community connections through her work with several local businesses. She holds an associate degree in business management and joined Camp Verde Parks & Recreation as a Recreation Leader II before advancing to her current role as Program & Sport Coordinator. Sarah coordinates youth and adult sports, Summer Camp, community trips, and other recreational programs. She enjoys turning ideas into organized, welcoming experiences that bring residents and families together. Sarah also serves on the board of the Camp Verde Adult Reading Program (CVARP), a program from which she proudly graduated. Her personal experience inspires her commitment to supporting others as they pursue their educational and personal goals.

Mauro was born and raised in the Verde Valley and graduated from Sedona Red Rock High School. He later served in the United States Army as an Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operator, including assignments with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment and the 11th Airborne Division. A lifelong sports and outdoor recreation enthusiast, Mauro has coached basketball from the elementary through junior college levels. He joined the Town of Camp Verde Parks & Recreation team in July 2026 and is proud to serve the community that helped shape him. Mauro and his wife are raising three children, with another on the way. As a family, they enjoy staying active and participating in local events and activities.

Marat joined the Town of Camp Verde Parks and Recreation team in 2025 as a Recreation Leader II. He supports community programs, special events, sports leagues, facility operations, marketing, and public communication. Marat brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership, coaching, professional development, and customer service. He is also a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach, Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, and author of "What If You Were Never Broken?" A Verde Valley resident for more than a decade, Marat values the people, traditions, and small-town character that make the area special. He is committed to serving the Camp Verde community and creating meaningful experiences for residents of all ages.
