Making Payments

  • Pay In Person
    • You may pay in person using cash, money order, credit card or debit card. The court does NOT accept personal checks. View the Courts Payment Policy here.
  • Pay through U.S. Mail- PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL
    • You may send a money order or cashier’s check by mail. If you want a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you would prefer an emailed receipt, please send a request to campverdemuni@courts.az.gov, and one will be emailed to you. 
  • Pay Online
    • Lexis Nexis: Convenience fees will be charged
      • $2.50 for every debit card transaction
      • Credit card transaction fees are based on the total amount being paid and can be anywhere from $3.00 to $50.00 per transaction.
    • AZ Court System: whether your case is in collections or you want to make a payment on a case. If you are in collections (FARE), there is no additional fee(s). If you wish to make a monthly payment or pay a traffic ticket, there is a flat $5.00 convenience fee for this option.  Watch a video on how to here

      • Bring your bar code to a participating 7-Eleven, CVS, Family Dollar or Ace Cash Express to make a payment.  Watch video on how to obtain your bar code.

If Your Fine has been Sent to a Collections Agency

Fines and Restitution Enforcement (FARE) – Follow the directions you received in the mail to pay online with a credit card or pay at the court. Payments should be in the form of a money order, cashiers check or cash. This will enable the court to provide you with an abstract for you to take to the AZ Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) to have your driver’s license reinstated. If your case was criminal, payment in full may enable the court to quash any active warrants
