Friends of Camp Verde Library Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to raise funds and accept gifts and donations in support of the library, provide volunteer opportunities, and encourage support for the Camp Verde Community Library.

Print and fill out a membership application (also available at the library) and mail to 130 N. Black Bridge Road, Camp Verde, AZ 86322 or bring to the library with your payment.
The Book Nook – The Friends operate an ongoing used book sale on the library’s 2nd floor. New selections of books, movies, puzzles and more are added weekly. Most books are $1 with occasional BOGO sales. Open whenever the library is open. All Book Nook proceeds benefit the library.
Sweet Pea Trading (437 W. State Route 260) – The Friends stock a large booth filled with books for adults and children including unique historical surprises.
Free Book Donations
- Little Laundromat Library at Fort Verde Laundromat (288 Main Street) – The Friends stock a public “Take a Book, Leave a Book” area for children and adults.
- Yavapai Detention Center, Camp Verde – The Friends select and donate books for jail inmates.
Support for the Library. In past years, the Friends funds have supported the children's Summer Reading program, children's cooking classes, Dia de los Muertos, Imagination Library, Kanopy subscriptions, Minecraft Tween Reading, a water catchment project, technical equipment, shades for library skylights, and many other projects to support and enhance library service to the community.
Fundraising. Besides ongoing book sales, in past years Friends projects have included art sales, quilt raffles, wreath auctions, and the annual Friends event.
