…find out if the library owns a particular item?

You may search for a particular item using the Library Catalog. The catalog encompasses over 40 libraries in Yavapai County and allows you to place holds, cancel holds, check fines and find out when books and other materials are due.

…place a hold on an item?

New and popular item are frequently checked out and may have waiting lists. To place your name on a waiting list for an item, you will have to first locate the item in the library catalog, then click the ‘Place Hold’ button and enter the requested information.

…renew an item?

To renew an item currently checked-out on your library card, you may connect to the Library Catalog, click on the ‘My Account’ tab, click on the ‘Checked Out’ sub-tab, click the checkbox that is next to the item that you want to renew, and click the ‘Renew’ button. The renew button should be located near the top and bottom of your list of checked out items.

A free Yavapai Library Network card is available to all Yavapai County residents with a photo I.D. and proof of residency.

A parent or guardian signature is required for applicants under the age of 18.

Patrons are responsible for any and all items checked out on their cards.

…use the Internet in the library?

The Camp Verde Community Library has (12) Internet computers available for public use. Computers operate on a first-come-first-served basis. Minors are required to have a parent or guardian confirm or deny Internet usage.
